Refit Project Management

With the tightening of the economic climate many clients are choosing to refit their yachts as an alternative to building new ones. Other clients are purchasing pre-owned yachts at discounted prices and modifying them according to their personal preference.

Shadow Boat Project Management

Many clients no longer wish to lose valuable space to store helicopters, cars, boats, jet-skis, etc and so the ‘shadow boat’ concept has evolved.  Most shadow boats feature a garage to house the toys, coupled with high capacity cranes, approved heli-pad, guest cabins, gym, sauna and lots of storage.

Today, many of these boats are hybrids, combining the intrinsic comfort and elegance of contemporary yacht design with the utility and flexibility of a commercial support vessel.

New Build Project Management

Project management is a highly sophisticated process involving evaluation, design and specification, procurement, project implementation, acceptance testing, and project close to ensure the yacht is delivered on time and within budget to the client’s complete satisfaction.

We offer 24/7, 365 days a year support, providing naval architecture and stability data on call in the event of an emergency, such as grounding, collision, flooding, explosion or fire, always with a view to reducing the risks of further damage.
